Congrats on #2! It looks like a classic.

I missed the deadline, so now I'm sad about that, but at the same time I'm laughing at every comic on this little missive! Thanks, TWIG, for twisting me up with conflicting emotions and hanging me out to dry... until NEXT MONTH!

This is a great model... readers can become distributors. This is comics as they SHOULD be... local and CHEAP! Yay, TWIG!

Colin, can we place the PDF link more visibly within the post? I'm thinking it should be on its own line, maybe bold or otherwise set apart to give it that portentious "HERE BE DOWNLOADS" authority...

Josh: Thank you!

djRF: I did click through to your site, and was pleased to "meet" another area cartoonist and entertained by the comics. I'm sorry to hear about the site hassles - if you click the "Resources" link in our menu up top, there is a section on free (mostly blog-style) webhosting. I recommend wordpress.com - although the free version gives you a limited set of templates to work with, it allows you to set up static pages in addition to the traditional blogging functions. Our site here uses wordpress software, though it's hosted on our space, so we have more options. Also have a look at webcomicsnation.com.

I haven't brought any TWIGs to Brattleboro yet, but I hope to leave some in Turn It Up! and Everyone's Books soon (maybe other places as well).

Marek: Yes! That is the intent, I just haven't gotten to it yet (the "New In The Shop" section will be hyperlinked, too).

I sent a contact with a web address of cartoons (www.geocities.com/rf_countrychristian). I hope you got to see it before it went down. Geocities does that to me occasionally. The last time they shut me off was because they said I had outside links. Well I didn't have any out side links on this set-up but: they still shut it. I'm afraid to ask them why this time. There were some great cartoons on those pages. I might as well find another free host. I'll let you know when I get back up.

Can we get the "SUBMIT TO..." section to link to the submission guidelines/about pages? That'd be cool.

Hay, that's great. I'll pick up a copy between Springfield & Brattleboro. Check out my web address. You will most likely get a laugh
